Are you busy? Do you hate going to the gym? But do you still want to know how to lose weight and keep it off? Then this guide is for you.
Shed That Weight For Good!
How to Lose Weight and Keep It Off
There are two main parts here: First, how to lose weight. Second, how to keep it off
Losing the weight — We’re going to do two simple exercises here. The first one is squats, sometimes called Hindu Squats. These are squats that you do without all those heavy and clunky weights you’d find at the gym. You want to do these very quickly.
It might be tough at first, but you should be able to work up to doing one hundred of these in under five minutes. Trust me, this is not as easy as it may sound. You will probably hate this exercise, but you will absolutely love how it just makes those pounds melt away! You can expect to see results within ten days if you stick with it.
Secondly, you’ll want to bounce on a small trampoline. This may seem silly, but really this is great for strengthening your core and helping you tone up. I used to have a psychology professor in college that did this and he swore by it.
For several years, I thought it was just silly, but once you give it a try, you’ll love it. It doesn’t take much time either. You only need to do it for one or two minutes at a time, a few times each day.
You can even do it during the commercial breaks while your watching TV. That way you can enjoy all your favorite shows without feeling like a couch potato.
Keeping the Weight Off — The second and most important part in knowing how to lose weight and keep it off is… well, keeping it off! What good is it to lose weight if you constantly find that it’s creeping back on when you weigh yourself?
Fortunately, this is pretty simple. All you need to do is walk regularly. This is a great way to keep your weight in balance and make sure the weight stays off. Instead of driving everywhere, try walking a little.
This way you can get all your errands done and be keeping yourself in shape at the same time. Or, if you don’t live in a place where walking everywhere is easy, take up the habit of going for a walk in the evenings before bed.
Aside from weight loss, this habit can help you get some fresh air and distress before bed, allowing you to sleep better.
So that’s how to lose weight and keep it off if you’re too busy to go to the gym every day to put in a full workout. The important thing is to stick with it and not give up. This little routine is very simple, but don’t let it’s simplicity make you think it’s not necessary to follow through and do it every day. Do your squats, bounce a little, and go for walks every day and you’ll find that those pounds will slip away and never return to haunt you again.
