Keep those foods out of the house! If other people in your family demand those foods, then politely ask them the support you in your weight loss by keeping them and eating them outside the house.

Why not have faith in your weight loss plan and follow it whole-heartedly? Also, don’t try and lose weight too fast. You are more likely to follow through with steady, gradual weight loss. Reward Yourself — If you’ve stuck to your diet or exercise routine for a certain period of time, use that as an excuse to reward yourself. This will help associate positive feelings to sticking with your weight loss plan, and it will also motivate you to push through those hard times. Good rewards are things that you enjoy, but would not normally treat yourself to. Yes, you might even treat yourself to a nice dessert or favorite food!
Go Easy on Yourself — Don’t beat yourself up if you find that you didn’t reach your weight loss goal for a week or a month. You’re not going to lose those pounds by feeling bad about yourself. Eat several small meals throughout the day instead of three big meals. This will spread the calories out over the course of a normal day so that you don’t feel hungry in between meals. Activities that you enjoy doing are great because you don’t need to convince yourself to do them. You just somehow find ways to squeeze them in no matter what.
